The Hyperbolic Time Chamber (精神と時の部屋, Seishin to Toki no Heya, The Room of Spirit and Time) is a place located on Kami’s Lookout. Inside the Chamber time seems to pass very slowly, and there is a higher gravity level than Earth’s — a step over the threshold of the training area brings one immediately into 10x Earth’s gravity (the same as that of Planet Vegeta and King Kai’s Planet), the air gets denser, and the temperature rises, the deeper one goes into the training area.

Time takes 365.25 times longer to pass in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber than in the real world, making one day outside the chamber equal to 365.25 days within it (one solar year).

If only Hyperbolic Time Chamber was real, I would definitely enter it once in a year. …Or once in a week, if the rules permit.
Some great uses of the chamber for me:
- I’ll register for level 1 JLPT this year and one day before the test day, I’ll enter the chamber. Then, by the time I come out, for sure, I’ll already be a Nihongo level 1 master. I’ll bring all my books and other stuffs for an intensive Nihongo training. I guess, bringing a Japanese school girl with me inside the chamber would also be a good idea. (1 year is enough for 2000 Kanji? deshou?)
- Body building - I’ll definitely take advantage of the chamber’s gravity to increase my muscle mass. Being too busy with work, I couldn’t take advantage of the GYM privilege that my company provides… even on weekends.
Do you have other crazy ideas on how you will use the Hyperbolic Time Chamber?
Have to study for the big test? Use the hyperbolic time chamber. Need to get big muscle fast? The time chamber may be right for you!
Try to reblog this and add your own ideas. LOL :)
